Ali Burgoon Nolan
PRINCIPAL DESIGNER & OWNER
Ali is the founder of Studio Burgoon, where thoughtful, eclectic, and hand-crafted design meets intentional decision-making. With a B.S. in Architectural Studies from the University of Missouri and NCIDQ certification, she brings a high level of technical expertise to every project, supported by a dialed-in process, thorough documentation, and seamless coordination with contractors and vendors.
Since 2013, Ali has shaped a portfolio spanning luxury residential and boutique hospitality projects nationwide, with a particular interest in designing mountain homes and lake houses, as well as second homes and vacation residences. Named Austin Home Magazine’s Rising Star in 2026 and recognized among the city’s best interior designers from 2023–2025, she is known for pairing creative curiosity with operational rigor—delivering both inspired design and thoughtful project stewardship. Her transparent, full-service approach is especially valued by busy clients who prefer a hands-off experience, trusting that every detail is handled with care.
Drawing inspiration from Scandinavian, English, and Italian design, she blends styles, patterns, and textures to craft distinctive, one-of-a-kind spaces. When she’s not working, Ali enjoys shooting film photography, catching up on the latest design publications, and traveling to visit family across the globe.
